The client requested converting the lounge, dining room and kitchen into an open plan living area and separating the laundry area. The study was enlarged to create a third bedroom and the bathroom was remodeled. We created a usable deck area outside that connected the garden to the main living area.
Requirements:
- Convert the lounge, dining room and kitchen into an open plan living area
- Design a kitchen layout and separate the laundry area
- Combine the bathroom and toilet into one common area, transforming the study into a third bedroom
- Addition of wardrobes for the Master Bedroom and the third bedroom
